Useful information

Charcoal-barbecue application:

  • Always put the barbecue on a flat foundation.
  • After half an hour the grill is at the right temperature, the charcoal starts to glow.
  • Don’t fan the flame with spirits, petrol or petroleum, this can cause huge flames.
  • Beware of the wind, this can cause sparkles.
  • Sand can be used perfectly to put out the fire.


Gas-barbecue application:

  • Check the date of the gas cylinder.
  • Put the gas cylinder beside the barbecue, never under it.
  • Check the flexible hose of holes.
  • Don’t let the flexible hose be to long, this can cause less pressure and that will lose capacity of the barbecue.


Warning

Be careful with marinade meat and fish, this tastes good but with use of oil can it give big flames.

Barbecue ideas

There are many different grill-rosters. All of them have good and bad properties.
There are fish rosters (V-roaster), lattice rosters, perforate rosters, flat or ribbed baking plates. The choice is because of this very personal.

There is also diversity in tools; these are needed for turning the products. There are special “grab tools” for turning. Excellent for a nice piece of fish.

Spices are there in 1001 sorts. With the spices you can give the meat, fish or vegetables a different flavor, so it will tastes every time even better.
